  Facilities are out of this world but the process of sales for foundation memberships left little to be desired - I was assured on three different occasions by two sales consultants that should I choose to add onto my basic membership within the seven day cool off period, I would be charged as per the foundation membership rates.
  
  When I came to viewing the gym and wellness area in this first week and decided to add these on, I was told this was not true and nothing could be done by the manager. I included names of the relevant sales consultants as well as dates of conversations, and was still told nothing could be done even at managers discretion.
  
  I was even offered cancelling my membership as an option, rather than honouring the price (and promise… which is against Australian Consumer Law) I was given - whilst I’ll remain a member (for now), I’m incredibly disappointed that my membership has started off on such a bad foot, and the dodgy and frankly dishonourable sales tactics used to get anyone to join have left me less than impressed.

  What if the facility offered casual passes? I appreciate the polite email response, and it seems they prioritise membership for a reason. While I haven't experienced the facility yet, the emphasis on tours could be a testament to their commitment to delivering on their promises as a genuine wellness facility.

  It is so magical, you don't want to leave. Yoga classes at TF are always my favourite
  
  TotalFusion offers yoga teacher training courses - these are by far the most comprehensive, structured, hands on "yoga teacher training course in Brisbane". Trainers are world class and you don't just learn about yoga, the course is a journey of self discovery. Everyone who loves yoga should do this course.

  Gym is fantastic. Only issue that needs to be address is parking…. 2 hours free isn’t enough. Cornerstone parking need to increase it to a minimum of 3 hours. 2 hours isn’t enough time. They charge you 15 dollars for staying up to 30 minutes over 2 hours after validating your ticket. Hopefully TFP can sort them out.

  The most luxurious gym I’ve ever experienced. Yes the membership price is extremely high as well as the wellness membership but so far it is worth it.
  
  I love all the class so far. Very interesting choice of class varieties across the week. All the hot classes are my FAV.
  
  I have no problem booking any of my class like many reviews are saying. I actually think the booking system is smooth, via ur phone and their apps - easy to use as well. You can cancel and waitlist, which by far i’ve always get accepted to any waitlist even with 1 day ahead for reformer. With technogym and my whoop band, it’s even easier to track my activities.
  
  The staffs are helpful and friendly, always a smile on their face. The new gym and wellness section are incredible.
  
  Just wish all service is fully functional asap like the altitude room and ice room + dog day care. I do think TFP doesn’t have great communication skills to send out news and update on their progress of the place to customers. They should be more thorough with communicating like what facility is broken, how to access things with the new gym and all. But can understand with the high interest and must be busy, but would be great for a weekly email update and all.
