From the moment I contacted Mazda Eagers they have been so helpful exceptional Service in all departments. Jay looked after me. They were happy to offer a great deal. They also looked after the Finance side of things and were very competitive. I had shopped around when looking for a new car and the Mazda offered all the things I wanted. I had approached other closer Madza dealerships but was not impressed with the service that i received, it was worth driving the few more kms to be looked after by Jay at Eagers.
At the collection Jay took me through all the functionality of the car and set all the settings for me. To top it off just before I drove off they presented me with a thank you gift. If you are looking to buy a Mazda contact Mazda Eagers at Newstead ask for Jay - Amanda Neale Added November 12, 2017★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I am a big believer in it is how you are treated when something is wrong that determines customer service. Mazda fixed a warranty issue with my clutch, however was not done right, which resulted in a breakdown. Mazda went out of their way to repatriate me and my car and fixed quicker than the original time frame. Karen in the service department is fantastic.
